2. Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges apply to tour packages unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Departure
- 100% refund of the tour package amount.
- Payment gateway charges, bank charges, government fees, or other non-refundable service charges may be deducted where applicable.
Cancellation Between 15 and 29 Days Before Departure
- 50% refund of the total package amount.
- The remaining amount will be retained to cover advance payments made to hotels, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers.
Cancellation Within 0 to 14 Days Before Departure
- No refund will be provided.
This policy applies because travel arrangements such as hotel reservations, vehicle bookings, permits, and other services are generally confirmed and paid in advance.
3. Partial Cancellation
If one or more travelers cancel from a group booking:
- The remaining travelers may continue the tour.
- Package pricing may be recalculated based on the revised number of travelers.
- Additional charges may apply depending on hotel occupancy and transportation arrangements.
4. Cancellation of Hotel Bookings
Hotel cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel.
Any charges imposed by the hotel will be deducted from the refund amount payable to the customer.
5. Transportation Cancellation
Vehicle bookings, including:
- Sedan
- SUV
- Innova
- Tempo Traveller
- Bus
- Airport Transfer
may not be refundable once confirmed with the transport provider.
Cancellation charges depend on supplier policies.
6. Flight and Train Tickets
If flight or train tickets are booked through DK Tour And Travel, cancellations will be processed according to the rules of the respective airline or railway authority.
Service charges, cancellation fees, and applicable taxes may be deducted.
7. Customized Tour Packages
Customized itineraries require advance planning and supplier confirmations.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the services booked, and refunds will be calculated after deducting applicable supplier charges.
8. No Show
A booking will be treated as a No Show if the customer:
- Does not arrive at the pickup location.
- Misses the scheduled departure.
- Fails to check in at the hotel.
- Does not inform us before the scheduled travel time.
No refund will be issued for No Show cases.
9. Cancellation by DK Tour And Travel
In rare circumstances, DK Tour And Travel may cancel a tour due to:

- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Severe weather conditions
- Insufficient group participation
- Road closures
- Safety concerns
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, customers may receive:

- An alternative travel date, or
- A travel credit for future bookings,

10. Force Majeure

- Landslides

- Pandemic restrictions

11. Refund Processing After Cancellation
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
